I've recently taken a keen interest in photography, specifically that which angles the lens from an African/Black perspective, showing people that are unconventionally beautiful. I stumbled upon Mambu Bayo's Blog staysuckafree.tumblr.com and was immediately drawn to is pictures as well as the beautiful people he photographed.
He's a Librerian born Sierra Leonean photographer with a big dream, and his pictures speak wonders for themselves. There is a distinct emphasis on being natural but still polished. The photographs are mainly of women mostly going about their day to day activities as well as some studio work which tends to be more high fashion/abstract. I have a feeling this gentleman is going to achieve great things.
